-11204572 Canada Corporation owns 57 Crockford Blvd.; 
-approximately 2,000 litres of hydrocarbons from an underground storage tank on the property was intentionally dumped into the adjacent Taylor-Massey Creek; 
-the hydrocarbons are deleterious to fish; 
-Taylor-Massey Creek is considered waters frequented by fish.

11204572 Canada Corporation on or about December 28, 2020, in the City of Toronto did deposits or permit the deposit of a deleterious substance or any type in water frequented by fish, contrary to s. 36(3) of the Fisheries Act, thereby committing an offence under subsection 40(2) of the Fisheries Act.
