THUNDER BAY, Ont. – December 2, 2013 – D. & L. Estates Limited was sentenced Monday, November 25, 2013, to pay $25,000 in Ontario Provincial Court for an offence under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, (CEPA, 1999) related to non-compliance with the PCB Regulations (SOR/2008-273).
